Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must be in the original packaging, tags attached, and hygienic liner in tact & unused.  Every product will be thoroughy inspected for signs of wear or use before being accepted for return.  Please ensure that your return meets all of our standards before sending anything back.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that have been marked as final sale. 

There are certain situations where no refund is granted:
- Any item without tags, without original packaging, removed sanitary liners, or obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

To initiate a return: 

  1. Ensure items are in original condition including packaging, tags, and hygienic liners
  2. Email to request a return detailing what you'd like to return and why
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  4. On receiving the product, it will be hand inspected to make sure it is eligible for a return
  5. If approved, payment will be returned to original form of payment 
  6. Payment processing varies depending on the payment method and bank

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items CANNOT be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
